Please follow these instructions to load this driver into your Windows NT
system:
1. Logon as Administrator and select the Network icon from the control
panel.
2. Select the "Add Adapter..." button and highlight the NE2000 compatible
driver which users want to install. If the Windows NT operating system
does not offer NE2000 driver, choose the "<Other> Requires disk from
manufacturer" item.
3. Insert the diskette with the appropriate driver in drive A or B.
4. Follow the instructions appearing on the screen and select the
appropriate drive name (A:\ or B:\) when required to give the
location for the driver and the OEMSETUP.INF file.
For example :
A:\WINNT35
5. After pressing the "Continue" button, confirm the driver diskette with
the message "PnP Ethernet Adapter with UM9008", set the IRQ and/or
I/O Addresses and click on the OK button.
6. Now, the driver has been installed. Please select the OK button from
the Network window. The protocols and driver will bind together.
7. Reboot

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
