If you own a PC with a card reader, please follow these instructions:
1. Put the SD-card in your PC card reader
2. Copy the firmware (image.bin) to the root directory of the SD-card
3. Turn the dial of the camera to "Auto" mode
4. Put the SD-Card in the camera
5. Turn on the camera
6. Make sure that the SD-Card is identified by the camera (you can see that by the orange SD-symbol on the display)
7. Turn off the camera and wait 15 seconds
8. If the update is successfull, the camera display starts blinking
9. Remove the battery / power supply and wait 15 seconds
10. Put the batteries back in the camera, and turn the camera on
11. The update is now complete


If you don't own a PC with a cardreader, please follow these instructions:
1. Make sure the SD-card is in the camera
2. Turn the dial of the camera to "Auto" mode
3. Turn on the camera
4. Connect the camera to the PC and copy the firmware to the root directory of the Removable Media displayed in the My Computer
5. Disconnect the camera from the PC
6. Turn off the camera and wait 15 seconds
7. If the update is successfull, the camera display starts blinking
8. Remove the battery / power supply and wait 15 seconds
9. Put the batteries back in the camera, and turn the camera on
10. The update is now complete

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
