Um die Firmware des Ricoh DVD Brenners auf die Version 1.04 umzustellen, gehen Sie wie folgt vor: - Entpacken Sie die Datei RICFW104.zip in ein gemeinsames Verzeichniss - Starten Sie die Datei RWflash.exe - Nun sollte unter "Target Drive" das Ricoh RW8160 ausgewählt sein. Steht das Ricoh RW8160 Laufwerk nicht unter "Target Drive" darf das Update nicht durchgeführt werden. - Außerdem sollte unter "Source File" die Datei m61_0104.ric eingetragen sein - Alle weiteren Einstellungen sollten, so wie im Bild, übernommen werden - Klicken Sie nun auf NEXT und anschließend auf START - Das Firmware Update wird nun gestartet. - Nachdem unter Progress der Fortschrittbalken bis zum Ende durchgelaufen ist, sollte unter Information die Meldung ***OK ** OK ** OK *** auftauchen. Das Update ist dann beendet und der Rechner muss neu gestartet werden, damit das Laufwerk einwandfrei von Windows erkannt wird. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
