2. Driver Installation for Windows NT 3.51
------------------------------------------------

    The Windows installation floppy or CD is needed to complete this
    installation.

    Adapter Installation Procedure
    --------------------------------------------

    a. Make sure your computer is power-off.

    b. Plug the adapter into one PCI 33MHz slot of your computer.

    c. Turn on the power. 

    Install and/or Update driver from diskette
    ------------------------------------------
    
     The following steps will lead you to install  ...

     a. Click Start->Settings->Control Panel. Double-click Network to start 
	the Network Control Panel Application(NCPA). 


     b. Click the  "Add Adapter..." button in the "Network Settings"
        dialog box.

     c. Select "<other> Requires disk from manufacturer" in Network
        Adapter Card list, and then click the "Continue" button in the
        "Add Network Adapter" dialog box,

     d. Insert the IC Plus IP100 Driver Diskette in your floppy drive.

     e. Specify the pathname "A:\nt351" of the driver installation
        information file (OEMSETUP.INF) in the "Insert Disk" dialog box,
        and then click the OK button.

     f. Select "IC Plus IP100 10/100 Fast Ethernet Adapter" and then
        click the OK button in the "Select OEM Options" dialog box.

     g. Windows NT does the copying.

     h. In "IC Plus IP100 10/100 Fast Ethernet Adapter Setup", just click 
        continue.

     i. In "Windows NT TCP/IP Installation Options", just click 
        continue.

     j. Click the OK button in the "Network Settings" dialog box.

     k. In "TCP/IP Configuration", Specify the IP Address and then OK.

     l. Restart the Computer.


3. Parameter Description
------------------------
   	- Click Start->Settings->Control Panel. Double-click Network to start 
	the Network Control Panel Application(NCPA). Select "Adapter" tab.
	Choose the adapter - IC Plus IP100 10/100 Fast Ethernet Adapter	
   
        Connection Type      Specify the connection type for the adapter.
                             Default: Auto-Sense

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
