Write the disc-image (DRH5000update.iso) to a CD. Please take a look to the help of your burn software how to do this. Just writing the file to CD is not right! Then follow these steps to update the firmware of your device. 1. Press POWER KEY to turn on. 2. After booting, insert the upgrade disc, and press “HOME” key. 3. Move highlight cursor to “DISC” item using “DOWN” arrow key. 4. Move highlight cursor to “MUSIC” sub item using “RIGHT” arrow key. 5. Press “ENTER” key, and you will see “Firmware Update Start” message box. 6. Move highlight cursor to “OK” button, and press “ENTER” key. 7. Press “ENTER” key and update will be on progress. 8. The tray will be open automatically after completing “UNDER UPDATE” to 100%. 9. Remove the disc and turn off the unit. 10. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
