CDR-3100 CD-ROM Device Driver (250-1098)
This driver enables the user to use the CDR-3100 CD-ROM Drive with
an IBM PC, XT, AT, or compatible computer. Please note that the
computer must have TANDY MS-DOS version 3.30.00 or later.
This disk contains the following files--
DD250.SYS DD250XT.SYS LICENSE.TXT MSCDEX.EXE
MSCDEX.TXT SETUP.EXE TCDP.EXE USRGUIDE.TXT
README.TXT
In order to obtain a printout of this README.TXT file, insert this
disk in Drive A, make sure your printer is switched on, is on line,
and at the C:\> prompt, type the following command--
PRINT A:README.TXT
and press <Enter>.
INSTALLATION
1. Follow the procedure described in the chapters titled
PREPARING THE ADAPTER INTERFACE CARD, INSTALLING THE ADAPTER
INTERFACE CARD, and CONNECTING DATA AND POWER CABLES in the
Installation Guide in order to install the CD-ROM Drive.
2. Start up your computer. Make sure that the C:\> prompt is displayed
on the screen.
3. Insert this disk in Drive A.
4. Type
A:
and press <Enter>. The A:\> prompt should be displayed on the screen.
5. Type
SETUP
and press <Enter>.
6. Respond accordingly to the screen prompts.
NOTE:
*Select the default settings by pressing <Enter>. To change the
default response (due to changes made on the adapter interface
card), type in your choice at the prompt.
7. Remove this disk from the drive and reboot the computer.

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
