These drivers enable the user to access the Sound Blaster Card.

NOTE:
   * This drivers disk is DISK TWO of a two disk set. Make sure that
     drivers from DISK ONE are installed (as per the installation
     instructions in the README.DOC file on DISK ONE) before the
     installation from this disk is started.

This disk contains the following files--

   DISK.ID
   INSTALL.002
   README.TXT

In order to obtain a printout of this README.TXT file, insert this
disk in Drive A, make sure your printer is switched on, is on line,
and at the C:\> prompt, type the following command--

   PRINT A:README.TXT

and press <Enter>.

The installation instructions and other information regarding these 
drivers are included in the README.DOC file on DISK ONE. In order to
print the README.DOC file, insert DISK ONE in Drive A. At the C:\>
prompt, type in the following--

   PRINT A:README.DOC

and press <Enter>. The README.DOC is approximately four pages long.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
