 INSTALLATION
 ==================

 Make a subdirectory on your hard disk for the software.
 For example:    mkdir meter <ENTER>

 Copy the files from the supplied diskette to the subdirectory
 on your hard disk.
 For example:    copy a:\graphic\*.* c:\meter <ENTER>

 Set up
 ==================

  Connect the Multimeter to your computer's COM Port.
  Make a note of which port ( COM1 or COM2 ) you connect the meter to.

  Turn on the meter.

  Load your computer's mouse driver.

  Start the software by typing 'RS' and pressing <ENTER>.

  If you do not have a mouse, press F10. The program lets you use
  the arrow and <ENTER> keys to select menu items.
  If you want to use mouse again, press ESC.

 OPERATION NOTES
 =================
 For the NEW and OPEN options on the SHEET menu, file names must
 end in " .3ut"
     For example)  sample.3ut
                   sample1.3ut
                   test.3ut
 To print an open file, select RUN from the SHEET menu and then press ALT+P.

 The minimum sampling time is 1 sample per second.

 Refer to the HELP menu for a detailed description of each menu.
