DR-92 Firmware Update With the current VR-Manager installed on your computer use the instructions below to install the latest Firmware. 1. Turn-Off the DR-92 2. Turn-On the DR-92 while pressing the REC/STOP Button (DR-92 will turn on with only the backlight visible and nothing on the display) 3. Connect the USB Cable between the DR-92 and the PC 4. Insert the VR-Manager CD-ROM into the computer 5. Use Explorer to locate the Firmware Update folder on the VR-Manager CD-ROM 6. Execute the ISP.EXE file 7. Click the Update button 8. Browse to the firmware file "DR92R020.BIN" as downloaded from RadioShack.com 9. Disconnect the USB cable after the progress bar is finished 10. Remove the batteries and reinstall them 11. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
