Before calling Iomega for technical support, check the online help
included with your Tools 95 software package. You can access
comprehensive help (including answers to common questions) from the
menu bar in Copy Machine or from the Help button in the Format tool
or the Iomega enhanced property sheets. Help files for Copy Machine,
Iomega Tools, and Guest95 are also available in the Iomega Tools
folder on your Start Programs menu. If the online help does not help
you find a solution, customer assistance and technical support is
available worldwide during normal business hours. Please have the
following information ready when contacting Iomega Customer Service:
(1) Drive model number/serial number,
(2) Computer model/configuration,
(3) Adapter card make/configuration,
(4) Software version numbers of your driver and utility software.
If possible, try to be seated near your computer when calling. Support

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
