END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR mpX media products GmbH(C) SOFTWARE
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This mpX media products GmbH(C) End-User License
Agreement (''EULA'') is a legal agreement between you (either
an individual or a single entity) and mpX media products GmbH.
for the mpX media products GmbH software product(s) accompanying this EULA,
which include(s) computer software and may include "online" or
electronic documentation, associated media, and printed materials
(''SOFTWARE PRODUCT''). By installing, copying, or otherwise using
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any UPDATES (as defined below), you agree
to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the
terms of this EULA, do not install, copy, or otherwise use the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright
laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other
intellectual property laws and treaties.
1. LICENSE TO USE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
General License Grant. mpX media products GmbH grants to you as an
individual, a personal, nonexclusive license to install and
use copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may install copies of
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on an unlimited number of computers provided
that you are the only individual using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
2. ADDITIONAL RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS.
2.1 Trademarks.
This EULA does not grant you any rights in connection with any
trademarks or service marks of mpX media products GmbH.
2.2 Not For Resale Software.
You may not resell the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
2.3 Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by
applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
2.4 Rental.
You may not rent, lease or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
3. Termination.
Without prejudice to any other rights, MpX media products GmbH may terminate
this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this
EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
and all of its component parts.
4. COPYRIGHT.
Except the voice codec driver, all title and intellectual property rights
in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by mpX media products GmbH or its suppliers.
All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be
accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the
respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright
or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you
no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted are
reserved by mpX media products GmbH.
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
