3Com Instant Update =================== The 3Com Instant Update detects new software for particular 3Com products, and automatically updates those products via the internet. Instant Update checks a 3Com site for the latest software version of your product. If the software version on the site is newer than the version currently installed on your computer, your software is updated. The different Instant Update screens contain configuration parameters for how Instant Update operates. Use TCP/IP if you have a network connection or Dial-Up Networking if you will be dialing in to the 3Com site.
