The driver (SS1020N3.SYS) contained in the root is for the following 
Siemens Ethernet adapter:

The driver (SS1020N3.SYS) conforms to the Network Driver Interface
Specification NDIS/3, and is used with Microsoft Windows 95

(A) Installing NDIS3 Miniport driver in Microsoft Windows 95

(1)Upon bootup, the 'New Hardware Found' menu will appear.
(2)Select 'driver from disk provided by hardware manufacturer'.
   Slide the Driver Disk into your floppy drive and click OK.
(3)When asked for the location of the files, enter the driver path,
   (e.g. 'A:\win95'). Click OK.
(4)When Windows 95 has completed the file copy. Click Finish and 
   restart your computer.

(B) Configuring the NDIS3 Miniport driver on Microsoft Windows 95
====================================================================
(1)Click the "My Computer" icon in the Main Program Group.
(2)Click the "Control Panel" icon in the My Computer window.
(3)Click the "Network" icon in the Control Panel window.
(4)Select the "Siemens SpeedStream PCI 10/100" item from the 
   "Network" dialog box, then click the "Properties" button.
(5)Click the "Advanced" button in the "Siemens SpeedStream PCI 10/100
   Properties" dialog box.
(6)Configure the parameter settings, then click the OK button in the
   "Siemens SpeedStream PCI 10/100 Properties" dialog box.
(7)Click the OK button in the "Network" dialog box.
(8)Restart your computer to implement the new configuration.
