You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software (P-Series Device Drivers).
Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Elan

Useage

The P-Series Device Drivers are only for use with Elan's range of
P-Series hardware products. In this mode of use, there is no
limit on the number of installations of the drivers so long as each
installation is only for use with Elan P-Series hardware.

Optional Licencing Arrangements

Optionally the device drivers may be adapted by Elan to work with
non-Elan hardware upon prior written agreement with Elan and after
payment of an appropriate licence fee, the structure and level of
which must be obtained from Elan and agreed in writing.

Distribution / Resale of Drivers

The P-Series drivers cannot be resold without the prior written
consent of Elan with appropriate licensing provisions.
The drivers must not be copied to third parties outside of the
end-user's organisation. They must not be offered on any public
network e.g. the Internet, unless access to them is controlled by
an Elan approved means, as agreed in writing by Elan.

Reverse Engineering

No attempt may be made to decompile, single step, reverse engineer,
debug, adapt or modify the drivers in any way. Doing so is a direct
infringement of the licence conditions.

Viruses

Elan has taken reasonable steps to ensure that this software is virus
free but cannot guarantee this fact due to reliance on 3rd party virus
detection tools.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
