        PROCEDURA D'INSTALLAZIONE  
        ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ
        Per installare il driver della vostra JP 270 nel vostro programma 
        Windows 3.1/3.11 dovete usare questo dischetto aggiuntivo per 
        Windows 3.1/3.11.
        Quindi procedete come di seguito e consultate la documentazione 
        SW del programma per maggiori informazioni:
          - tenete inserito questo dischetto nel drive A: o B:
          - avviate Windows 3.1/3.11.
          - aprite il pannello di controllo
          - selezionate "stampanti"
          - scegliete l'opzione "aggiungi"
          - selezionate nell' Elenco Stampanti:
            "Stampante aggiornata o non in elenco" 
          - selezionate "Installa..."  
          - nella videata "Installa Driver" selezionate "Sfoglia..."  
          - in "Directory" fate doppio click su "win31it" e poi "Ok"
          - selezionate il vostro modello di stampante, fate click 
            su "Ok" e poi su "Imposta..." per configurare la stampante


        NOTA GENERALE
        ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ
        GESTIONE DI CARATTERI:
        Con Windows non si pu• stampare in Landscape (orizzontale) con il  
        carattere landscape residente della stampante (Courier internal). 
        Se volete stampare in landscape dovete usare i font video di 
        Windows (True Type, bitmap) o programmi come FaceLift (Bitstream).

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

• Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

• If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

• Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

• Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

• Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

• From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

• Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
