InstallationInstructions.txt Driver File Contents (SignatureZ6Driverv101.exe)

Installation Instructions:

NEW INSTALLATION:

1. Plug in the USB cable to the Signature and your computer. 
2. Turn on your Signature.
3. A found new hardware wizard will appear on your screen.
4. Choose "Install from a list or a specific location"
5. Click Next.
6. Choose "Don't Search, I will choose the driver to install" 
7. Click Next
8. Click Have Disk...
9. Click Browse
10. Click My Computer - Open the C-Drive - Click on the signatureZ6 folder - Click on the cdcolor6.inf file.
11. Click Open
12. Click OK
13. Click Next
14. You may be prompted that the driver is not digitally signed or doesn't pass Windows Logo Testing.  Click Continue Anyway.
15. Driver files will be installed.  Click Finish.

TO UPDATE YOUR DRIVER:

Method 1 (Replace Driver)

1. Go to the Start Menu - Control Panel - Printers and Faxes
2. Right click on the CD/DVD Printer 6 - Choose Properties
3. Click on the Advanced Tab
4. Click on New Driver
5. Click Next
6. Click Have Disk...
7. Click Browse
8. Click My Computer - Open the C-Drive - Click on the signatureZ6 folder - Click on the cdcolor6.inf file.
9. Click Open
10. Click OK
11. Click Next
12. Click Finish
13. You may be prompted that the driver is not digitally signed or doesn't pass Windows Logo Testing.  Click Continue Anyway.
14. Driver files will be installed.

Method 2 (Delete and Reinstall)

1. Close all applications. 
2. Unplug the USB cable from the Signature and your computer.
3. Go to the Start Menu - Control Panel - Printers and Faxes - Delete the CD/DVD Printer 6 by right clicking on it and choosing Delete.
4. Within the Printers and Faxes Window, Go to the File Menu - Choose Server Properties - Go to the Driver Tab - Select CD/DVD Printer 6 and choose Remove.
5. Plug in the USB cable to the Signature and your computer. 
6. Turn on your Signature.
7. A found new hardware wizard will appear on your screen.
8. Choose "Install from a list or a specific location"
9. Click Next.
10. Choose "Don't Search, I will choose the driver to install" 
11. Click Next
12. Click Have Disk...
13. Click Browse
14. Click My Computer - Open the C-Drive - Click on the signatureZ6 folder - Click on the cdcolor6.inf file.
15. Click Open
