Shutdown the computer and plug the "NSC DP83815 10/100Mbps MacPhyter3v PCI Adapter" into the PCI slot. 2. After starting Windows 98, the windows will detect automatically the new PCI Ethernet Controller, then the "Add New Hardware Wizard" window appears. 3. Insert the "NSC DP83815 10/100Mbps MacPhyter3v PCI Adapter" installation diskette into drive A: 4. Select the "Automatic search for a better driver(Recommended)", radio button, then click the "Next" button. 5. The Windows ME will start to search A: drive for network driver. 6. Type A:\ and click "OK" button. 7. Windows starts to copy the "NSC DP83815 10/100Mbps MacPhyter3v PCI Adapter" driver to the user's hard disk. 8. Click "Finish" button when windows has finished installing the new hardware device. 9. Restart your computer. 2.0 Advanced Setup __________________ When you need to change the speed and duplex for "NSC DP83815 10/100Mbps MacPhyter3v PCI Adapter".
