                  ALTIMA Gigabit Ethernet Adapter Installtion
                              for Windows 95 OSR2

Installation Notes For Windows 95 OSR2 Users:
=============================================
  1. Shutdown the computer and plug the "ALTIMA Gigabit Ethernet Adapter"
     into the PCI slot.
  
  2. After starting Windows 95 OSR2, the windows will detect automatically
     the new PCI Ethernet Controller, then the "Update Device Driver Wizard"
     window appears.
  
  3. Insert the "ALTIMA Gigabit Ethernet Adapter" installation disk
     into floppy drive/CD-ROM drive, then click the "Next" button.
  
  4. The Window 95 OSR2 will start searching for a network driver, 
     and Windows displays the message:
  
          "Altima 1001 Gigabit Ethernet  (IntegratedCopper)" or
          "Altima 1002 Gigabit Ethernet  (IntegratedCopper)"
  
  5. Click the "Other Location..." in the "Update Device Driver Wizard"
     window, then the "Select Other Location" window appears.
  
  6. Enter Ex. "A:\WIN95" and click the "OK" button to install the
     "ALTIMA Gigabit Ethernet Adapter" driver.
  
  7. Click the "Finish" button, then the Windows 95 OSR2 starts to copy
     the "ALTIMA Gigabit Ethernet Adapter" driver to
     the user's hard disk.
  
  8. Windows 95 OSR2 prompt you:
     The file "A1KW95.SYS" on "ALTIMA Gigabit Ethernet Adapter" Driver Disk
     could not be found.
     Insert the Driver Disk into the floppy drive/CD-ROM drive, then 
     click the "OK" button, fill the "Copy file from:"
     
     Ex. "A:\WIN95"
  
     Then click the "OK" button.
  
  9. Restart your computer.
