***How to install the driver (information file),LCD.inf for Windows***


LCD monitors build in VESA DDC1/2B feature to support Plug & Play 
requirement for Windows 95/98/2000. You can install the driver (information
file),LCD.inf in order to activate Plug & Play application.

Print out this guide and follow the procedure specified below to install.

1.	Start Windows 95/98/2000.

2.	Click on 'Start' button, point to 'Settings', and then click 
	on 'Control Panel'.

3.	Double-click 'Display' icon, then select 'Settings' tab. 

4.	Select "Advanced Properties" tab, then select 'Monitor' tab. 

5.	Click on 'Change' icon. "Update Device Driver Wizard" window appears. 
	Click on "Next" button.

6.  	Choose the second option "Display a list of all the drivers ..." 
	and click "Next"

7.  	On the next screen, click on "Have Disk..." button

8.	Insert the provided disk named 'LCD Installation Disk' into 
	your floppy.

9.	Specify the position of your floppy, typically drive A, (A:\) in 
	the "Install From Disk" dialog box, then click 'OK'.

10.	Check the monitor model name shown in the dialog box. If the model 
	name of monitor is correct, click "Ok". If nothing shown, 
	choose the second option "List all hardware." and select your monitor 
	model from the list. Then click on "Next"

11.  	Click on "Next" button.

12.  	After installation is completed, click "Finish"

13.	Congradulations! You finish the installation of the driver of your 
	LCD monitor.

If you see different messages or dialog boxes during the procedure, that is 
because you have different version of Windows 95/98/2000. Please refer to 
Windows 95/98/2000 user's manual for details.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
