Dear customer,

In this directory:

\RAIDMAN\WINNT
	RAIDCOMM.DLL	- RAID interface module file
	RAIDMAN.EXE	- Text RAID Manager for Windows NT
	RAIDSNMP.DLL	- SNMP agent for Windows NT
	README.TXT	- The README file you are reading now



Use Text RAID Manager to Configure RAID
---------------------------------------

1. Install the Windows NT and the PCI-DA2100/DA2200 driver, please
   refer to "\winnt" for how to install the driver in 
   Windows NT.

2. In a Windows NT system with PCI-DA2100/DA2200 driver properly 
   installed, insert this floppy diskette into floppy drive. Use 
   "Explorer" or open a "Command Prompt" to execute "A:\raidman\
   winnt\raidman.exe".

   Please follow the Instruction manual of PCI-DA2100/DA2200 for 
   the detail operation of the Text RAID Manager.


Install the SNMP Agent for Windows NT
-------------------------------------

The SNMP agent for PCI-DA2100/DA2200 RAID controllers can be 
installed by the GUI RAID Manager installation.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
