			CT/PGL/VGL	3.10B
			ANSI/PGL	3.10B

	   folder.

	   Wizard instructions.

	2) Delete the driver from "Server Properties" (under "File" menu)
	   selection within Printer Folder

Application Information:

  (General)

1)	If the file to be printed contains lines, boxes, or overlapping
graphics, and the printout does not match the screen, set
"Print Optimization"to "disabled". This may cause slower performance,
but the printout will match the screen. The Print Optimization feature
appears under the "Advanced" button within the driver.

2)	With Custom Barcode Fonts, human readable will not print if point
size of 40 is selected. Select another point size.

3)	If printouts do not match the screen, try selecting higher
resolutions. Utilizing "BEST" resolution in general will
	produce highest quality printouts.

  (MS-Word)

1)	When utilizing custom barcode fonts, or resident fonts, the "Use
Printer Metrics to lay out document" feature must be selected.
This is found under Tools/Options/Compatibility within MS Word

2)	When utilizing the custom barcode font or resident fonts, after
entering the barcode data, highlight the character position
immediately following the barcode data, then select a non-barcode font
(such as Arial). If this is not done, a barcode error will appear on
the printout in addition to the barcode.

3)	When utilizing MS-Word 2000, text within shaded boxes does not print
due to a problem within Word regarding how boxes with different x and y
	resolutions are handled.

  (MS-Excel)

1) When utilizing the custom barcode font feature, all cells must be
	formatted as "text"

2)	When printing, be sure that the print area is selected appropriately,
otherwise extraneous data may be found and incorrectly printed

  (MS-PowerPoint)

1)	With PowerPoint 97, the size of the printed text may not match the
screen in STD, HIGH, and FAST resolutions. Selecting "BEST" resolution
will result in correct printouts. PowerPoint 2000 does not exhibit these
	problems.

  (Lotus 1-2-3)

1)	Custom barcode fonts cannot be used with this application at this time.

  (MS-WordPad)

1) Custom and Resident Barcode Fonts cannot be used with this application
	at this time.

Custom and Resident Barcode Fonts:
If these fonts do not display or if they print as plain text, the following fonts( distributed along with
the driver) may need to be manually installed/re-installed:

   qsbrfnt2.fon
   qsbrfnt3.fon
   qsbrfnt4.fon
   qsbrfnt5.fon
   qsbrfnt6.fon

To install fonts:
- click on the Start button, select Control Panel, then the Fonts folder
- click on File, then Install New Font... to launch the Add Fonts wizard
- select the location where the font files are located, the font files should be
automatically recognized and displayed by the wizard
(Note: if you are creating a printer connection as a network printer, the barcode font files may not
be present locally -obtain them from your administrator)
- click Select All, then OK to install
