3Com Ethernet Adapter device driver

This package contains an update to the device driver for the 3Com
Ethernet system that comes preinstalled in your IBM computer.
This update requires approximately 2.5 MB of space on your hard disk
(drive C).
This update package is intended for IBM Aptiva machine type
2194-xx, except the 23B, 32B, and 441 models, that comes preinstalled
with a 3Com Ethernet adapter.
Print this file so that you can refer to it during the installation.
Downloading the update
----------------------
1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save
the downloaded file.
Extracting the update
---------------------
1. Click Start -> Find -> Files and folders.
2. Type qh7z08us.exe in the search box, then click Find Now.
This will locate the qh7z08us.exe file you just downloaded.
3. Double-click the icon for qh7z08us.exe.
4. Click Next.
5. Click I Agree.
6. Click Finish.
7. Click Yes.
8. Click OK. Follow all onscreen prompts and reboot when done.
Installing the update
---------------------
Once the drivers have been extracted, detailed installation notes are
provided in the C:\DRIVERS\QH7Z08US\HELP\ folder. Specific installation
notes for each operating system are provided.

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
