Diagnoseprogramm

Das Diagnoseprogramm FASTDIAG.EXE testet Ihre FASTline Adapterkarte und den
Rechner in mehreren Schritten:
- PCI BIOS Konfiguration,
- EEPROM Inhalt (Konfigurationsdaten),
- Initialisierung des Adapters,
- Loopback Test (mit Loopback Stecker, ansonsten intern).
Wenn das Diagnoseprogramm fehlerfrei abgeschlossen wird, ist sichergestellt,
daß ihr Rechner mit der Adapterkarte ohne Probleme arbeitet.
Eventuell erscheinende Fehlermeldungen bei einem Quattro Adapter, daß kein
Controller oder nicht alle vier gefunden werden konnten, deuten darauf hin,
daß das PCI Bios ihres Rechner die Konfiguration von PCI-PCI-Brücken nicht
unterstützt.
Das Diagnoseprogramm FASTDIAG.EXE ist eine DOS-Applikation, sie sollten Sie
möglichst nicht in einer Windows-DOS-Box einsetzen. Um das beste Umfeld für
das Diagnoseprogramm zu erhalten, booten Sie DOS von einer Diskette, laden
Sie keine anderen Netzwerk Treiber und starten dann FASTDIAG.

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
