                         W940OD.LAN Ver 3.10

                    Winbond Electronics Corporation

  1. W940OD.LAN is a Novell ODI Server Driver and defaults to the IEEE 802.2
     frame type.

  2. If there is only one 940 card, the driver will automatically read IOBASE
and IRQ from PCI Configuration Space.

  3. If there is more than 940 card, user must input a specified SLOT.

If user does not input a SLOT to select a specified 940 card, this driver
will automatically select a 940 card to load.

  1. Copy W940OD.LAN, MSM31X.NLM and ETHERNET.NLM into subdirectory - SYSTEM of
     your Netware server.

  2. At Netware server prompt, type:
        :load w940od

  3. Bind IPX to the Winbond W940OD LAN driver. At the Netware server prompt,
        :bind ipx to w940od <enter>

  4. After pressing <enter>, the computer prompts you for the Network number.
