ECP PARPCI.txt Driver File Contents (IOFLEX-1P.zip)

There are no jumpers to set, nor are there any registry settings to set, nor are there any settings to set in Control Panel for our card to be set it in EPP mode.
Many devices do not see our EPP mode. This can be because of many reasons.

1) Our card can only do 8 bit transfers. Many devices need 16 or 32 bit transfers. IEEE 1284 EPP does not require the port to have 16 or 32 transfers for it to be EPP

2) Since our card is PCI, its interrupt is level triggered. ISA based parallel ports are edge triggered. Many devices are looking are for our interrupt on the rising edge. The way interrupts are triggered on PCI cards cannot be changed.

This may be why they cannot see our EPP mode.
