Intermec Printers AB Double Byte conversion.
Date: April 05, 2005 Copyright Intermec Printers AB - 2005

The UTF-8 (Unicode/UCS Transformation Format, 8-bit form) was devised to be a character set which encodes all Unicode characters while maintaining compatibility with the US-ASCII (0 to 127 dec) range of characters. Today the UTF-8 format is one of the most used transformation method for Unicode.
The UTF-8 character set is available from Fingerprint v8.50. UTF-8 data is encoded with 1,2,3 bytes depending on the character number range. Implementation is made for NASC and NASCD.

To achieve UTF-8 data encoded as 1,2,3 bytes from Unicode value is possible by this enlosed program UTF8.PRG.
Printer’s 15 scalable Unicode fonts and downloaded true type fonts (* .TTF) can be used.

How to do:
1.
Use a contineous paper and select in Setup at Media\ Media type VAR LENGHT STRIP.

0x in beginning means value is in hex, Unicode hex value comes after 0x.

List all fonts by FONTS in the terminal so you get the precise name(must be typed when running the program)
Send the program to printer and start the program by RUN.
