BUGS.TXT Driver File Contents (SFE.ZIP)

Dear Sirs,

The software version of the Fast Ethernet that you have now
has a few bugs that you should be aware of.
These will be fixed as soon as possible and we apologize
for the inconvenience that this might cause you.
We will update this version as soon as we are able.

The Wizard installation program allows the user to change
the port, interrupt and memory values from their default values.
Please do not use this option.

If you change the parameters it will write incorrect values to the
net.cfg and protocol.ini files.
To be specific;

1.) It writes the equal sign in the net.cfg which is
not recognized and ignored or causes the computer to hang.
To correct this you should remove the = signs from there.

2.) It writes 4 digits for the memory address in the net.cfg.
This should be 5. A zero needs to be added to the end.

3.) It writes the INT values in Hexadecimal numbers in the net.cfg
This should be in Decimal values. So a selected value of INT F
from the Wizard should be changed to INT 15 in the net.cfg and
    protocol.ini.
