             README for Ethernet Adapter Driver Diskette
          =================================================

Introduction
============
 The driver programs in this diskette support following Adapter:

     DaynaPORT ISA Ethernet Adapter.


 The DaynaPORT ISA Ethernet Adapter do not have any on-board jumpers. All the
 hardware settings can be specified through our "PNPSETUP" program.

 When using Plug&Play feature for Windows 95 (or other Plug&Play OS), you
 must set the network card in "Plug&Play" mode through "PNPSETUP" program;
 Otherwise, set the LAN card in "Jumperless" mode for none Plug&Play OS.
