======================================================== This is a legal agreement between you, either individual or entity (Licensee) and National Semiconductor Corporation, a Delaware corporation with principal offices at 2900 Semiconductor Drive, Santa Clara, CA 95051 ("NSC") and its wholly owned subsidiary, Mediamatics Inc. having a place of business at 48430 Lakeview Blvd, Fremont CA 94538, collectively known as "NSC". By using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. By pressing the Yes button, you are bound by the terms of this agreement. ======================================================== 1. NSC hereby grants to Licensee a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive and non-transferable restricted license to use the Licensed Software on a single user computer, or on a single terminal or workstation of a local area network. 2. Licensee is authorized to make only one copy of the Licensed Software solely for backup purposes. 3. In no event shall Licensee attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, determine operation, or otherwise reduce the Licensed Software or any CSS module therein to human-readable form for which it has no legal claim of ownership or contractual right to use. In no event shall Licensee attempt to decipher, override or otherwise disable any component of any CSS module contained in the Licensed Software. 4. Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the exclusive ownership of NSC in the Licensed Software, or any patents, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights pertaining to the Licensed Software. 5. This license shall be effective until terminated. Licensee may terminate this license at any time by destroying all copies of the Licensed Software. 6. This Agreement may terminate automatically, without notice from NSC if the Licensee fails to comply with this Agreement. 7. Damage Limitation INDEPENDENTLY OF ANY OTHER LIMITATION HEREOF AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE PURPOSE OF ANY REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS SERVED, IT IS AGREED THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL NSC BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND UNDER THIS LICENSE EVEN IF NSC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 8. U.S. Government Restricted Rights Use, duplication or disclosure by the U.S. Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013(Oct. 1988) and FAR 52.227-19 (June 1987). Manufacturer is Mediamatics Inc., 48430 Lakeview Blvd, Fremont, CA 94538, a wholly owned subsidiary of National Semiconductor Corporation, 2900 Semiconductor Drive, Santa Clara, CA 95051. 9. Limits on Representations and Warranties Licensee recognizes that the Licensed Software may have defects or deficiencies which cannot or may not be corrected by NSC. NSC THEREFORE MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WITH REGARD TO THE LICENSED SOFTWARE. NSC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT WITH REGARD TO THE LICENSED SOFTWARE, ITS USE, OR OPERATION. 10. Export Controls Licensee shall adhere to all applicable laws, regulations and rules relating to the export of products and technical data to any prescribed country listed in such applicable laws, regulations and rules unless properly authorized. The obligations under this Section shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement. 11. General This Agreement shall be governed by the laws (excluding choice of law rules) of the State of California. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
