New Features and Fixes ***************************************************************************** R1.2: Version 1.99 (MLAsetup.exe) We have made quite a few enhancements to the MobileLAN access utility. This software will be on the mobilelan.Intermec.com website as well as the AP software. - These features have been added: -- Distributed Upgrade Server added -- Recovery task can now completely recover an Access Point. Previously, recovery still required several manual steps. The user interface for this task has changed accordingly. An additional dialog has been added in the middle of this process as well. -- Status messages are more informative. -- An option for specifying SNMP string has been added back into the settings menu. The SNMP string would be used when setting defaults or during the recovery process. If you are not using the default SNMP read/write string for the access point, you need to tell this utility the SNMP read/write string you are using. This utility needs to know this SNMP string when you are using it to restore the factory defaults or recover a failed access point. - The interface went from a tab-style navigation to drop-down navigation. - The help was redone and is much improved. ***************************************************************************** 2. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
