This Web Download contains Intermec Value Add content to be installed onto CK60 devices if needed.


Contents:

_SSTransferAgent.xml - File needed for automatic install of the CABs.
itcauto.CAB          - Support files used to automatically install the remaining CAB files.
itcivack60wm.CAB     - DataCollection, scanner/imager support.
PrinterSupport.CAB   - CAB file that adds printer support to the device.
SetupASTStart.itc    - File used to properly configure the initial startup.
SR05272001.CAB       - SR that remaps the keys on the 58 key programmable keypad to the overlay specification of 06-07-05.
SR05290001.CAB       - This SR file will remap the keys on the 58 key programmable keypad, 58 key VT/ANSI, and 58 key 3270 keypad definitions.
SR05294001.CAB       - This CAB file addresses the following problem: Wavetable programming may not complete successfully in the EA10 scanner resulting in an unusable scanner.
SuppRCMagneto5.CAB   - The Supplicant Funk CAB file for 80211 Security.



Installation Instructions:
--------------------------

1.) Copy the files from the zip file onto an SD card.  Make sure the files are in the root of the SD card.

2.) Insert the SD card into the Device.

3.) Clean Boot the device.  See below for Clean Boot instructions.


NOTE: Make sure the files are not marked as read-only.  Having any of the content marked as Read-only can lead to unpredictable results.



To perform a Clean Boot:
------------------------
1.)  Remove the battery and power from the terminal.
2.)  Cold boot the unit by pressing the button in the battery compartment.
3.)  Before applying power, hold down the IO button.
4.)  Apply power to the terminal.
5.)  Continue to hold the IO button for 3 seconds.
6.)  Release the IO button.  The terminal should perform a Clean Boot.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
