readme_DK3200_3.txt

DK3200 software, released 20 November 02

This archive consists of one ZIP file, DK3200_dsn_3.ZIP, containing all the
project files needed to recreate this demonstration design using uVision 8051
IDE (Full PK51 version 7.00 or later) from Keil Software Inc. and
PSDsoft Express (Ver 7.60 or later).

This example uses a Real Time Clock to demonstrates the uPSD's I2C IP functionality.
the ZIP file that contain the source code and binary copies of the demo code.

The demo code shows how to make use of the I2C device drivers provided
to perform standard I2C device enumeration and how to transfer and receive data over
the I2C bus. This demo application runs on a DK3200 board.

The folder DK3200_I2C_Demo contains two folders in itself called DK3200_3_c and
DK3200_3_p. DK3200_3_c contains all the 8032 project and source files for use
with the Keil Compiler/Linker/Debugger. Copy this folder and its contents
anywhere on your disk, then open the project DK3200_3.uv2 using Keil
uVision 2 (PK51 version 7.00 or later). This folder contains the .hex that
is already built and ready to flash into the uPSD.

The folder DK3200_3_p contains all the PSDsoft Express project files needed
to build the design. Just copy the contents of this folder into your working folder,
\\PSDexpress\my_project, and then open the project DK3200_3.ini using
PSDsoft Express. This folder contains the .obj file and other supporting
files ready to load into the uPSD using the PSDsoft and FlashLink.

The example demo code is provided as is and has no warranty,
implied or otherwise. You are free to use/modify any of the provided
code at your own risk in your applications with the expressed limitation
of liability (see below) so long as your product using the code contains
at least one uPSD products (device).
