<< Introduction >>
   The filenames for LCS-6633F ASPI managers are signified as:

		  A S P I 3 3 D  . S Y S
		  ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ ÄÄÄ ÄÄ   ÄÄÄÄÄ
		    (1)   (2) (3)   (4)

     (1). ASPI: ASPI MANAGER for Longshine SCSI host adapters.
     (2).   33: used with LCS-6633F
     (3).    D: for DOS/Windows; if N: for NetWare 3.X
     (4). SYS: is a DOS device driver, must be placed in CONFIG.SYS.

<<  Hardware  >>
   LCS-6633F ASPI manager can support at most two LCS-6633F adapters
       at the time. These adapters must have non-conflicting I/O
       ports(JP5), IRQ numbers(JP2), and BIOS segment addresses(JP7).

<< Installation >>
    1. Copy the ASPI33D.SYS file to your HDD.

    2. Add (or Modify) the CONFIG.SYS as below:
		 .
		 .
		 .
       DEVICE = <path> ASPI33D.SYS
       DEVICE = <path> xxxxxxx1.SYS
       DEVICE = <path> xxxxxxx2.SYS
       DEVICE = <path> xxxxxxx3.SYS
rem /* xxxxxxx#.SYS are the ASPI driver files for SCSI devices,
rem like Tape, CD-ROM,...,etc. They must be placed
rem		 "AFTER" the ASPI33D.SYS !!  */
		 .
		 .

    3. Reboot your system.

<< Notice >>
   *. The "LINK" mode of linking several HDDs to form a single host DRIVE
       is NOT workable with ASPI drivers for Hard Disk.
       Users had better use "DISCRETE" mode instead of linking HDDs together
       when run these ASPI HDD drivers.
