This is the Readme file for the Browser Demo.

Description:
------------
This is a simple app which demonstrates the features of the new visual Browser Control.
This Browser Control can used to browse NDS entries or the NetWare files and directories.
You can also browse any Directory which supports LDAP access.
You can use the Browser with the Novell Directory, Internet Directory, and
Volume Administration Controls.

This sample app allows you to associate any of the above mentioned controls and browse
entries under the context set for these controls.

The full name of the associated control can be changed using the FullName
text box. This change is reflected when the Refresh button is pressed. 

You have the option of 4 different views for the entries.
In case of the Treeview you have 3 expand mode options.

The following features are available for the views other than Treeview:
	1. MoveUp - to display entries under parent context.
	2. MultipleSelection - to allow the selection of multiple entries.

You can get the selected entries by clicking on the Sel Items button.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
