NDPS Sample:

This sample requires the following Novell AX Controls.

   NDPS Printer Admin Control (NWDPPrtA.ocx)
   Network Selector Control (NWSelect.ocx)

The sample is used for administering an NDPS printer and associated jobs, job configuraions, 
etc. The select button allows you to select the NDPS printer to be administered. 

The Attributes button will display all the attributes of the printer in the listview 
provided. It also enables the Pause Input/Output button reflecting the state of the 
printer(agent). 

You can list/add/remove queues associated with this printer using the Queues button, 
if you have sufficient rights. 

Jobs button lists down the jobs associated with this printer and also allows copying/moving 
and removing of jobs if you have the sufficient rights for performing that operation. 
You can also see the properties of a job like the owner of the job, submitted time, etc. 
You can change the position of a job in the list from the properties page of a job.

The configurations button lists all the configurations associated with the printer and 
also allows you to rename/delete/modify a configuration.

The Access button lists all the managers/ operators/ users of the printer and allows 
you to add/ remove users from any of these categories provided you have proper rights.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
