Windows NT 4.0 Installation Instructions (Note: Only use the Venpcint utility for Windows NT 4.0. This utility is not required for any other operating system.) - Double click on the Venpcint.exe program on the driver disk. - Follow the instructions and select "Yes I want to restart now" when asked. - Once NT has restarted, open the modem control panel and click next. - Once NT finds the modem, click change followed by "have disk." - Type in a:\ for the path and click OK. - A box will appear with "LT PCI Modem" highlighted. Click OK again. - Click next followed by finish to complete the installation. - The modem control panel will appear with the LT PCI modem listed. - Click close to close the modem control panel. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
