When same troubles may occur in other applications, refer to the same solution. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Microsoft(R) Office 2000 (Word 2000/Excel 2000) or Office XP (Word 2002/Excel 2002) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Case When you scan multi pages changing the resolution for each page, you get only the image of the first page. Solution 1 Fix the resolution for all documents by the machine side when you scan the document. Choose "On" as "Fixed image size" in the OfficeBridge Online TWAIN Connector dialog box. Choose the image size according to the size of your document. If you want to download multi-page documents, choose the largest size of the documents. You will have downloaded image with blank for the smaller documents. Solution 2 Fix the "Resolution" in OfficeBridge Online TWAIN Connector dialog box when you download the image. Choose "On" as "Fixed image size" in the OfficeBridge Online TWAIN Connector dialog box. Choose the image size according to the size of your document. If you want to download multi-page documents, choose the largest size of the documents. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
