ReadMe1st.txt Driver File Contents (All_9705.zip)

The Nm9705, Nm9735 and Nm9745 are three of our older products,
and have been obsolete since July 1999.

These devices have been replaced by their Nm98x5 Series equivalents,
which are the current generation successor chips to the older models.
Nm9705 -> Nm9805
Nm9735 -> Nm9835
Nm9745 -> Nm9845

The Drivers for the current products provide as much support as possible
for the older Nm97x5 chips as well.

The current Drivers can be found on our web-site:
http://www.moschip.com

Look in: Products -> PCI.

These older chips have internal Hardware limitations
that prevent them from being used with some versions of Windows.
The Drivers may appear to install, and no errors
or warnings are generated, but the chip will
not respond to any attempted use of the Port.

These devices can NOT be used with the listed versions of Windows :
Nm9705 - will NOT work with Windows-xp
Nm9735 - will NOT work with Windows-xp or Windows-2000
Nm9745 - will NOT work with Windows-xp or Windows-2000
