To create a bootable floppy, either use the runme.bat file or the command line: copydisk 74602004.img a: This creates a bootable disk that will update a 7460 to BIOS 2.0.0.4. The process will take place automatically upon booting the disk, but there is a menu that can be selected if it is desired to change the DMI information. This bootable flex can be used to create a bootable CD using the capaiblities of standard CD burning software. Please consult the corresponding manual for the CD burning software to determine the process to create a bootable CD. Note: To make a floppy disk that can be used to create a download PXE image, remove the "REM" in the config.sys file to allow the LANBOOT.DOS driver to be installed. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
