There are Backup, Restore and Address Utility. This software supported model is YO/ZQ_b. ======================================== 2. PREREQUISITES ======================================== There are no prerequisites for PC Interface Software for Sharp YO/ZQ_b other than the operating system - it runs on Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000 Professional. ======================================== 3. INSTALLATION ======================================== To install PC Interface Software for Sharp YO/ZQ_b, place the Disk1 in your diskette drive, and run A:\setup to initiate the installer program. ======================================== 4. UNINSTALLATION ======================================== 1.Open 'Control Panel' from 'Setting' in Start menu. 2.Select 'Add/Remove Programs Properties'. 3.Select 'PC Interface Software for Sharp YO/ZQ_b' and Click 'Add/Remove'. ======================================== 5. KNOWN ANOMALIES ======================================== * While running PC Interface Software for Sharp YO/ZQ_b minimized, and a 3D Screen Saver starts up, the screen saver will stop and the PC will revert back to the Desktop. * PC Interface Software for Sharp YO/ZQ_b may not run reliably with certain virus scanning programs enabled. If you have problems transferring data with your Sharp YO/ZQ_b, disable any virus checking software you may be running. * PC Interface Software for Sharp YO/ZQ_b may not run reliably with certain power management features enabled. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
