EVALUATION SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
BY INSTALLING AND/OR USING THIS SOFTWARE AND ELECTRONIC
DOCUMENTATION (COLLECTIVELY, "SOFTWARE"), YOU ARE AGREEING
TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE
TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
LICENSE
This Agreement grants to you (_Licensee_) a non-exclusive,
non-transferable right to use one copy of the Software on a
single computer. You may make one copy of the Software for
backup purposes, provided that you duplicate the copyright
notice(s) on such backup copy. You may print a copy of the
documentation only for use with the Software. This
Agreement is not a sale of the Software and your rights to
use the Software are only as specified in this Agreement.
NTS and its suppliers continue to own all rights, title and
interest in and to the Software.
SOFTWARE FOR EVALUATION
This is evaluation software that is being made available for
evaluation purposes only and will be usable only for a
limited period of time (Evaluation Period). The Software is
being made available to Licensee by NTS solely for the
purpose of allowing the Licensee to test the software prior
to making a purchase decision. NTS requests that Licensee
report all problems, questions, and other comments Licensee
may have relative to Licensee's use of the Software.
Problems, questions and comments relative to the Software
should be reported via e-mail to Support@nts.com.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE
The Software contains copyrighted material, and in its human
readable form it contains trade secrets and proprietary
information owned by or licensed to NTS. Except in the EEC
to the limited extent permitted by applicable EEC law, you
may not de-compile, reverse engineer, disassemble or
otherwise reduce it to a human readable form. You may not
modify, rent, lease, loan, sub-license or distribute copies
of the Software. You may not create derivative software
based upon any trade secret or proprietary information of
NTS. You may not copy the Software except to make a backup
copy as permitted above, nor electronically transfer the
Software over a network or telephone circuit other than for
the purposes for which the Software is intended.
You also acknowledge that this License is not a sale of NTS'
intellectual property contained in this package and that NTS
continues to own title to the Software and copyright to the
printed information.
TERMINATION
This License shall remain in full force and effect until the
end of the Evaluation Period unless and until terminated.
This License will terminate immediately, automatically, and
without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of
this agreement. Under no circumstances shall the License
extend beyond the end of the Evaluation Period. Upon
termination, you must stop using the Software, erase or
destroy all copies of the Software, and destroy all printed
information provided with or copied from the Software.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY ON SOFTWARE
THIS EVALUATION SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR
STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of
implied warranties so the above exclusions may not apply to
you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL NTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR INDIRECT DAMAGES
(INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFIT) ARISING OUT OF
YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER OR NOT
NTS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS. THESE
LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF
ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY. EXCEPT IN RESPECT
OF INJURY TO OR DEATH OF ANY PERSON RESULTING FROM THE
NEGLIGENCE OF NTS, ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR SUBCONTRACTORS
(FOR WHICH NO LIMIT APPLIES), NTS' LIABILITY HEREUNDER SHALL
NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THIS
LICENSE, OR (II) US $25.00. Some jurisdictions do not allow
these limitations or exclusions, so they may not apply to
you.
EXPORT LAW ASSURANCES
You agree that the Software and other technical information,
both printed and verbal, received from NTS will not be
exported outside the United States except as permitted by
the laws and regulations of the United States. If you
rightfully obtain the Software and NTS' technical
information outside the United States, you agree not to re-
export the Software and information except as permitted by
the laws and regulations of the United States and the
jurisdiction in which you obtained the Software.
MISCELLANEOUS
Use, duplication or disclosure of the Software by the U.S.
Government is subject to "Restricted Rights," as that term
is defined in the Department of Defense ("DOD") Supplement
to the Federal Acquisition Regulations ("DFARS") in
paragraph 252.227-7013(c)(1)(ii) if to the DOD, or, if the
Software is supplied to any unit or agency of the U.S.
Government other than the DOD, the Government's rights in
Software shall be as defined in subparagraphs (c)(1) or
(c)(2) of FAR 52.227-19, Commercial Computer software -
Restricted Rights; or FAR 52.227-14, Rights in General Data
Alternative III, as applicable. Contractor: Network

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you
and NTS and supersedes any other prior agreements or
communications regarding the Software. If any provision of
this agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this
agreement shall continue in effect. The failure by NTS to
enforce, at any time, any of the provisions of this
agreement, to exercise any election or option provided
herein, or to require at any time the performance by you of
any of the provisions herein will not in any way be
construed as a waiver of such provisions.

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
