SOFTWARE LICENSE This Software License is provided by SigmaTel, Inc., having a place of business at 3815 Capitol of Texas Hwy., Building 3, ,Suite 300, Austin, Texas 78704 (hereinafter referred to as "SigmaTel") to Customer. WHEREAS, SigmaTel has developed or is having developed "SigmaTel Audio Control Application Software" and "SigmaTel Surround Application Software" for interfacing with a SigmaTel Codec (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Software"); and WHEREAS, SigmaTel desires to license the Software to the Customer for evaluation purposes only. NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: 1. In consideration of the Customer evaluating the Software for possible future purchases, SigmaTel hereby grants to the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, world-wide license to copy for backup purposes only, and to use the Software for evaluation purposes only. 2. SigmaTel provides no expressed warranties regarding the Software and is providing the Software "AS IS" to the Customer. 3. Limitation of Liability: SIGMATEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY (I)FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOST DATA OR (II)FOR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS, TECHNOLOGY OR SERVICES. THIS LIMITATION SHALL APPLY EVEN IF SIGMATEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 4. SigmaTel provides no indemnity whatsoever to the Customer for intellectual property infringement of a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, and/or trade secret by the Software. As such, the Customer is using the Software at its own risk. 5. This Agreement will be governed in all respects by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions thereof and without regard to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
