accompanies this software release. However, please note the following
changes: Windows NT 3.5 software has been placed in a subdirectory
named NT35; and Windows NT 4.0 software is in a subdirectory named
NT40, accompanied by a file named README.TXT which contains
installation instructions.

the PPD (format 3) and PDX files have been placed in a subdirectory
named PPD3. The Quark PDF files remain in the root directory.

the following.

For Adobe Illustrator 4.0 or 4.1:
    COPY A:\PPD3\*.PPD C:\AI4\PPD

For Adobe PageMaker 6.0:

Windows 3.1 driver update for Elite 600 and SelectPress
-------------------------------------------------------
This software release contains an updated Windows 3.1 driver for the
Elite 600 and SelectPress printers. If you are using Windows 3.1, and
you previously had drivers installed for Elite 600 or SelectPress
printers, you should remove them before installing the updated driver.
Open the Printer control panel. You may wish to note the current
connection, settings, and options for each printer (see Chapter 4 of
the user's manual). Then, one at a time, select the Elite 600 and
SelectPress printers and click the Remove button. When you are done,
click the Close button. Then continue with the driver installation.
