(1) WS8-P/IEEE Warranty
AWLAN warrants that if the accompanying product proves to be defective to the original purchaser in material or workmanship within 1 year from the original purchase, AWLAN will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the product without charge.

(2) Limitation of Liability and Remedies
AWLAN shall have no liability for any damages which occurred in shipment, or failures which are caused by products not supplied by the warrantor, or failures which are due to accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty installation, misapplication, set-up, adjustments, improper operation or maintenance, modification, improper voltage supply or as result of service or modification not approved by AWLAN.

There are no express warranties other than those listed above. The warrantor shall not be liable for incidental damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All expressed and implied warranties are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, therefore the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other
rights that vary from state to state.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
