We have source code available for the TUSB3410 as a Serial Converter. However, due to licensing restrictions that we have with our third party developer, we are required to get a hardcopy software license agreement (SWLA) signed by the company we license the source code to. It is a royalty free SWLA. After we receive the below information, we submit a request to the legal department, it takes anywhere from hours to about 1 week to get an agreement back from them depending on their loading. We will then forward it to you for signatures. To request a SWLA, please send an e-mail to usb@ti.com with the the following information: 1) Legal Company Name 2) Physical address of #1 (not a PO Box) 3) Name, Phone, e-mail, fax of company representative who will be responsible for SWLA and receiving the code 4) Company websiteDownload Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
