       FIX/UPDATE ITEM - v3.19
	 1.  Fix flash in NeoMagic property sheet by a work around of analog
	     monitor detection.  Generate flag for BIOS to set int15 when 
	     set display mode 
	 2.  Try  to run avi clip IndeoR41 with Activemovie control will get
	     an error message "An exception occured while try to run".
	 3.  Can not run IndeoR32 avi clip in any 24 bits.  Get error message
	     "An exception occured while trying to run".  OK in 8 and 16 bits.
	 4.  Add support for PanelInformation
	 5.  Block TV support in 1024x768
	 6.  Add 800x480 mode BIOS support.
	 7.  Fixed HCT issue, punting aLL bitblt calls if the screen widht=320.

	     correct.

         1.  Reject 800x480 mode if detect 800x480 panel, instead of checking

	 3.  Fixed 800x600 not able to pan on 800x480 panel problem.
  	 4.  More fix for 2160 panning issue.  Correct DDRAW overlay flag. 
         5.  WHQL Blttest single source fix for 2097 and 2160. Must swap color
	     key bytes in 16bpp modes when doing color key Blts.
         6.  Added support for reading scanline register. PC97 requirement.

	 1.  Fixed copyright stamp from "Microsoft Corporation" to "NeoMagic 
	     Corporation".
	 2.  Removed 1024x768 @ 75 Hz mode by using BIOS call to filter invalid
	     refresh rates.
	 3.  Corrected the installation string from "MagicGraph 128 /V/ZV" to 
	     "MagicGraph 128 XV", since this is the only device requires WHQL 
	     Logo testing.
	 4.  Deleted framebuf.dll from the installation disk, since this file is
	     not required to complete the installation.
	 5.  Added software cursor panning capability.
	 6.  Fixed HCT test failure on 640x480x8 "Win GDI", "GDI w/Poly Clip", 
	     "GDI w/Rect Clip" tests.
