Installation Setup for Microsoft(R) Windows NT(R) and

Windows(R) 2000

============================================================

To start Dell OpenManage Installation Setup on a system running

Microsoft Windows NT or Windows 2000, double-click

"setup.exe", which is located in the root directory on the "Dell

OpenManage Applications" Package.

NOTES:

1. Dell OpenManage Array Manager requires driver and firmware
version 2.6 for PERC 2, PERC 2/Si, PERC 3/Si, and PERC 3/Di. The
drivers and firmware are located on the "Dell OpenManage Server
Assistant" CD. If you installed your operating system with the
Server Assistant CD, you have these updated drivers. Dell recommends
that you create firmware diskettes for the corresponding
controller from the Server Assistant CD and update the firmware on
the controller.
