1. Getting Started
==================
   First, please refer to the Installation Guide for complete installation
   instructions.  When installing the adapter onto your computer, make sure
   the USB port has Series "A" connector.


2. Installation Guide
=====================

  1)  Power on the computer system.
  2)  Plug the  USB To Fast Ethernet Adapter into the USB port of host computer.
  3)  When the Win98/ME/2000 system asks for the driver, make sure that you select;
        Win98:	<Search for the best driver for your device(Recommended)>
        WinME:	<Automatic search for a better driver(Recommended)>
        Win2000:<Search fo a suitable driver for my device(recommended)>
        
  4)  In the next screen when Win98/2000 "searches for driver", please make sure
      that <Specify a location> is selected.
      While on the same screen, insert the driver diskette.  Then click on
      <Next> button to go on to the next screen.
      WinME will automatic to find the driver location.
  5)  The system display a "found a driver for this device" client window, click
      <Next> again.
  6)  Then the system will copy the necessary driver files, click <Next> again
      (In Win2000 Windows will prompt a "Digital Signature Not Found" message,
       ignore the message and click <Yes> button to continue).
  7)  Then Driver installation completed, click <finish>.
  8)  Reboot the system(Win98/ME) and check into the [MyComputer->Device manager
      to confirm that the USB To Fast Ethernet Adapter is working properly.
  9)  Add other network protocols or network services from [Network] when needed.

			releases.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
