If any of the following files are present on your computer,
please delete them before installing the new macros. The
files that are to be deleted are as follows:

FAXPORT.DOT
FAXPRT97.DOT
FAXPORT.XLS 
FAXPRT97.XLS
FP_PB.EXE
FP_PBNT.EXE
FP_PB95.EXE
FP_PB97.EXE
FPORT.EXE

To install these macros, just unzip this ZIP file into a temp 
directiry or the macro installation directory (\\LANSrc60\Language\English\FAXport\Macros\) and run setup. 

NOTE - Please replace the "FAXJR.EXE" in the "\FAXPRT60" directory
with the "FAXJR.EXE" that is included with these macros.

NOTE - When installing the excel macro, you must shut it down
manually after the installation is complete.

	*   ISSUES   *

- OpenPhonebook macro currently does not work when using office97 with windows95.
This is an ODBC issue that needs to be worked out with Microsoft.

The only working environments for the OpenPhonebook macro are:
win95 with office95
winNT with office95
winNT with office97

All other macros work fine.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
