			Ir32_32.dll Update

Some users may have trouble playing older AVI files after installing
IE4. The problem is caused by incorrect codec values embedded in the
ir32_32.dll installed during the IE4 update.

This problem can be resolved by removing IE4 or installing the included
patch. To install the patch, close all applications and copy the ir32_32.dll
file into your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory, replacing the existing one. You will
then need to reboot.
